We operate under US Section 230 and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) as a neutral data host. We are not liable for the original content of tracked creators.
All data represents a "Statistical Discrepancy Audit" between public claims and market outcomes. We focus on mathematical analysis rather than character judgment.

If a Pro user cancels, their 24-month records remain visible in their dashboard until the persistence limit is reached, but they lose the ability to perform new Premium OCR scans or download PDF Audit Reports.
If a user moves from Pro back to Free, their historical records that exceed the 6-month Free limit are "frozen" (hidden) but not deleted until their original 24-month storage expires.
We always honor the storage duration promised at the time of purchase. If a record was captured under Basic, it must remain available for 12 months, even if the user is currently on a Free plan.
